фин. облигация урегулирования*, урегулирующая облигация* (в ходе рекапитализации компании, которая находится на грани банкротства: облигация, выпущенная для замены находящихся в обращении облигаций; обычно такие облигации подразумевают выплату процентов только в тех периодах, в которые компания получает прибыль; по сути являются разновидностью доходных облигаций)
